Mark was just an all around happy and friendly guy who would always help you out. He worked as a mechanic in Palo Alto after high school and we would spend a fair amount of time together playing softball and just having fun. I even bought his 1963 Corvette so he could raise some money when he decided to get married to Chris. Again, he was too young to leave us and his family. His and other close friends' untimely deaths made me realize how fortunate we all are and how fragile life is.
