Jackie Smith: There's a name that breaks my heart. I went to the hospital with Frank about two days before she died. We grew up together and she was so smart, then she got swept up by things and her mind went into a whirl. We always loved the Smith Family, Jay, BJ, Jackie, Frank and Carol. Tney had more than their share of pain and more than there share of fun. I crossed the Sierra Nevada on horesback and on foot with Frank and Jay. Jackie suffered a great dea. I don't know if she was ever really happy. She was one of my best friends for many years and then she got kind of lost. I'll always love her.
